After a busy weekend, I mustered up the energy to complete the first blocks of the Pinwheel Sampler Quilt-a-long that Rachel of P.S. I Quilt is having.
I've had this layer cake for a while(my first one) and wasn't sure what I would be doing with it. When Rachel announced the quilt-a-long I knew what it was for!

Good for you! Those first two are really pretty - that is going to be a gorgeous quilt. That layer cake was just waiting for the right moment to say "pick me, pick me!"
I love your blocks! The fabric is one of my favourite too. I made a quilt in that line and donated it to our church for a fundraiser. I'm certain yours is going to be lovely.
